I go home in the summer. Can I sign a lease for only the school year?

Of course! Being that Ponsoll Rentals deals almost exclusively with Edinboro students, our leases run along side with Edinboro University's academic calendar. If you want to stay for the summer however, we can do that too (at a rate that cannot be beat by anyone)!

I pay for my housing with my financial aid. Does Ponsoll Rentals accept financial aid?

Yes. We work with all students. Students who use financial aid, students who need to pay monthly, and everything in between.

In my previous apartment the maintenance staff took forever to fix things (if he ever came at all).

In the unfortunate event that something is not working properly, we have a maintenance staff that usually can be there "same day" to fix any issue. Don't believe me? Just ask around.

Can I store my belongings anywhere before I move into my new apartment?

Sure! You can store your things in your new apartment for a minimal charge or you can store them for free in one of our several garages in town.

You said the apartment comes furnished. What if I have my own furniture, can I bring it?

All of our apartments come furnished. However, if you have your own furniture and would like to bring it, let us know. Like a certain piece of furniture and want it to stay? Keep it. Don't need a different piece? We can remove it for you.

Do I need to go home for winter break?

No. Your rental agreement allows you to stay in your apartment from the day you move in until the day you move out. Winter break, spring break, stay as much as you like!

Are tenants responsible for cutting the grass, shoveling/plowing snow etc... ?

We know how busy a college student can be. Thats why at Ponsoll Rentals all lawn care, snow removal, maintenance, etc... is included.

Does Ponsoll Rentals provide adequate off street parking?

We realize off street parking is important (especially in the winter). Each apartment we have provides off street parking for each tenant. You'll never have to worry about parking on the street again!
